Shipping policy

1. How my shipment will be delivered?
a) If the order is from Bangalore & Gurgaon, it will be delivered by the purpleark team on our own.
b) Order from other cities, we usually ship via Bluedart surface. For out-of-delivery (ODA) locations, we may prefer to ship via Delhivery and ODA charges will be applicable.
2. How many days will it take to deliver the shipment?
a) Bangalore - 3 to 5 days, Gurgaon - 2 to 4 days, Delhi NCR - 3 to 7 days. In other places typically it takes 5-12 days.
b) We ship the products from either Gurgaon or Bangalore warehouse locations. 
3. What are all the shipping charges?
a) Presently Purpleark offers "FREE SHIPPING" for the pincodes which are not part of ODA (Outer delivery area) & EDL (Extended Delivery Location) by Bluedart.

5. Can I pick it up from the warehouse?
Yes. you can pick it up from the warehouse on working days (Monday to Saturday) from 11 am to 7 pm. However, we would request you to connect with our team prior reaching warehouse.
